FAQs

Are your kids’ tree houses easy to set up?

Because they have 2 storeys, they do take a little longer than our smaller options. Our TP Wooden Tower Playhouse- FSC® certified playhouse, for example, will take around 2 hours for 2 adults to set up. Because of their height, these playhouses are supplied with ground anchors which must be concreted into the ground (concrete not provided). This is to ensure the wendy house is safe and secure whilst your kids are climbing and clambering on it.

How should I care for the playhouse?

Our playhouses are made from FSC-certified wood that must be treated before use outdoors. You should apply a wood stain or protector to the wood, to help protect it from wood rot. Just note that this will not make it 100% waterproof so we highly recommend periodic maintenance too, to help the house stay looking its best.
