Delivery
Please note that due to volume of orders the advertised 48 hour delivery option is extended to delivery by 29th May.
Delivery charges and times are displayed at checkout and depend on the items you order. These charges may occasionally be subject to change.
Please note:
- Free delivery currently applies only to orders over £50.
- Orders under £25 will incur a £4.99 delivery charge.
- Orders between £25 & £49.99 will incur a £2.99 delivery charge.
- Skywood Climbing frames are only available via the paid nominated day delivery service, with no free delivery option.
- Up 6ft to 14ft trampolines incur a £9.99 delivery charge.
The next available delivery date will be highlighted at checkout.
- Standard delivery is 48 hours for orders placed before 12pm. (Mon-Fri)
- Orders placed before 12pm on a Friday will be delivered by the following Tuesday.
- Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered approximately 48 hours from dispatch on the Monday. (Bank holidays excluded)
We also offer the following delivery services:
- Nominated Day Delivery: Select a specific delivery date. (Mon-Fri)
- Pre-12pm Delivery: For morning deliveries. (Mon-Fri)
- Saturday Delivery: For weekend convenience.
Please note that certain delivery services may not be available in specific postcode areas due to carrier restrictions. These services will not appear as options at checkout if they cannot be offered.
Delivery Restrictions
- Delivery is available to UK mainland only.
- Certain postcodes, particularly in Scotland, are excluded or may incur additional charges, which will be calculated at checkout.
- Deliveries to most Scottish postcodes take 3–7 working days from dispatch. In some areas, large parcels may be handed to a third-party contractor for delivery, which may result in the tracking status being marked as “delivered” before the parcel arrives. Please rest assured, the parcel will still be on its way to you.
- We are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses or Northern Ireland.
- A small range of postcodes (PL, TR, LL, LD, SA, SY, TD and HR) are delivered on a 3–5 working day service. Next‑day and nominated‑day options are not available for these areas.
- Delivery times may sometimes be extended due to weather or carrier capacity, and we cannot offer compensation for delays caused by carrier limitations. The courier will contact you to confirm a delivery date. If your order has not arrived after 7 working days, please contact us and we will investigate.
Delivery Timescales
We aim to deliver orders within the specified timescales; however, these are not guaranteed. If a delay occurs due to circumstances beyond our control, the delivery date will be extended accordingly. Compensation will not be provided for delivery delays outside of our control.
If you are purchasing for a special occasion or arranging for a third party to assemble your purchase, please allow sufficient time for the delivery to arrive in advance of the event and also check the goods upon delivery. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We do not offer compensation for late delivery, damage, or associated costs but will work to resolve any issues promptly.
Delivery Instructions and Responsibility
- Deliveries are made to the specified address between 8am and 6pm unless a timed delivery service has been purchased. On occasion the carriers may extend this into a later evening delivery.
- You may request that your order is left in a designated safe place. However, we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage once the goods have been delivered as per your instructions.
- Certain couriers may leave items in a location they deem safe if no specific instructions are provided.
- Deliveries are usually in day hours but due to capacity can be evening delivery. On the day of delivery you will be provided with an ETA which cannot be amended.
If you wish to specify a safe place or a neighbour for delivery, please email customerservice@tptoys.com by 9am on the day of delivery. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for goods left safe if no one is available to receive them, and no instructions have been provided.
Multi-Package Orders
Many of our products are delivered in multiple packages. While we aim for all items to arrive in one delivery, some orders may arrive as split deliveries. If this happens, please wait two working days before contacting us about missing items.
Packaging
Some of our products are delivered in packaging that features images of the contents. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer plain packaging. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering a gift.
Early purchase orders
Occasionally, we offer products that cannot be dispatched immediately due to awaiting stock. An estimated delivery date will be displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation. Please note that this date may change depending on stock arrival. If we cannot meet this date due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you to advise accordingly. There is not an option at checkout to nominate a delivery date for these products. If you require delivery on a specific date after the advised date, please inform us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Sometimes, stock may arrive earlier than expected, and we will dispatch orders at that time. Once orders have been picked by our warehouse, we are unable to amend delivery dates. Once dispatched you will receive a notification with your tracking details for the relevant carrier.
